The must see Natural Reserve Parks of Costa Blanca

Costa Blanca or the White Coast in English is known for its natural alluring beaches. Every year there are more than a million of tourists visiting Costa Blanca especially during the summer season. While this is also the favorite vacation destination of the British people who wanted to escape the cold climate that they have. In the northern part of Costa Blanca the exciting journey begins in Javea and Denia which is located underneath of the mountain. But Costa Blanca is not just famous for its pristine beaches, because Costa Blanca is also famous of their Natural Parks.
Some of the famous parks in Costa Blanca that you must have to visit are the following:

  1. El Hondo Nature Reserve—this park is famous with its different bird species. It has been visited many times by tourists every year. Located about 5 metres above sea level El Hondo Nature Reserve is a must see park.
  2. The Sierra de Mariola—this located in between the villages of Bocairent, Banyeres de Mariola, Agres, Alfafara, Alc and Cocentaina. This park covers medicinal and aromatic plants. The park also features massive limestone which makes it more interesting to view.
  3. Tabarca Island Nature and Marine Reserve—this is a great park to visit if you want to see various species of fish. You can access the park through riding a boat from Santa Pola for about half and hour.
  4. The Nature Reserve of Montgo—a park that is abounding with native plants. It is located to the east of the Denia-Javea road nearby the Cape of San Antonio. A great park to view if you want to know some of the native plants in Costa Blanca.
  5. The Nature Reserve of el Mrjal-Pego-Oliva—an interesting old lagoon where you can found the species of Gall de Canyar and Samaruc. This park is located in between the Pego and the A-7.
